Party Policies:

1.  To book a Party at F2BF a 50% non refundable deposit is required to reserve the day and time of your choice.

2.  At your booking you will receive the following: Party Contract that includes your date and time.

3.  Party balance is due and must be paid in FULL on the day of the party.  Balance is determined based on # of participants and any additions added to the party package.

4.  If your child becomes ill on the day of their party or in case the gym needs to close due to incliment weather, we will postpone it to the first available date and time we can accommodate.There are no refunds for canceled parties. The rescheduled date must be within 1 year of original booking date or deposite will be forfitted.

5.  Party parents are responsible for the conduct of the children attending before and after the party.

6.  Any child under 3 years old needs the assistance of  an  adult during the course of any of our parties during activity times. These are the ONLY extra parents aloud in the GYM AREA besides the Birthday party parents- MOM & DAD during activity time. Our instructors will stop the party if other parents are on the floor or equipment without permission.  Please have all other guests stay in observation areas or party room.

7. NO SHOES OR FOOD IN THE GYM AREA!

8.  Any Parent or Child partipant in the Activity Area  MUST HAVE PRE SIGNED A WAIVER RELEASE FORM. NO EXCEPTIONS!
